Can I buy several tickets in one transaction?

Yes, you can easily buy tickets for children, family members or friends in one booking.

Your details are saved and the booked tickets are clearly stored together in one user account. This allows you to conveniently manage your own tickets as well as tickets for family and friends. The next time you buy tickets, you won’t need to enter the names again.

How are admission prices regulated for children?

Children aged 10 to 15 need their own child ticket. Admission is free for children under 10 – they can simply go through the entry system on site with an adult.

Where will I receive my ticket and receipt?

After your purchase, you will receive your tickets and receipt conveniently by email at the address provided during the booking process. Your tickets are also stored in your user account at all times, where you can manage them easily.

Do I need to select a specific date when buying my ticket?

Yes, your ticket is only valid on the day you select during the booking process. Please make sure to choose the correct date for your visit.

Do I need to reserve a time before using the roller track?

No, a reservation is not required. However, please make sure to follow the current usage times for the different user groups. You can find the current usage times in the online calendar on the website and on site at Arena365.

Can I rebook or cancel my ticket?

Yes, rebooking or cancelling your ticket is generally possible. Please contact us by email at arena365@seefeld.com.

Once the ticket has been validated at the access system, cancellation is no longer possible.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you do not need to print your ticket. You can simply show it digitally on your smartphone — just make sure the QR code is clearly readable at the entrance.

Where is the entrance to the roller track?

The entrance to the roller track is located at Arena365, right next to the World Championship Tower.

Where can I buy a ticket?

You can buy tickets for the Roller Track online or at the ticket machine in Arena365.

Is the Roller Track also suitable for beginners?

Yes, beginners can also use the Roller Track. For getting started, we recommend the loop within the arena, as it is especially suitable for becoming familiar with the track.

Which direction should the track be used in?

The Roller Track may only be used in the designated direction. Please follow the direction arrows on the track.

Are bicycles allowed on the Roller Track?

Bicycles may only use the Roller Track during the designated usage times. You can find the current usage times in the online calendar on the website and on site at Arena365.

Are pedestrians allowed to use the Roller Track?

No, pedestrians are not allowed to enter the Roller Track for safety reasons.

An exception applies to accompanying persons of the ‘Easy Ride & Family’ user group.

Is the Roller Track open in all weather conditions?

The Roller Track is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. In case of snowfall or weather conditions affecting safety, temporary closures may occur.

Please always adapt your riding style to the conditions on site and to your personal ability.

Why are there different usage times for different sports?

To ensure that everyone can use the Roller Track safely, different usage times apply for different sports. This helps avoid overlaps and creates a safe and respectful experience on the track.
